The Dialogue Advisor, LLC offers a comprehensive and innovative array of Employee Assistance, and Work/Life, Wellness programs that will boost your employees’ productivity, morale and retention and support your organization’s mission and values.

Services can be tailored to meet the needs of your company. Our services include:
  • Counselors are immediately available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our toll-free telephones are live-answered, with no voice prompt system. Other services include:
  • Multilingual interpreter services available.
  • Coordination of referrals with insurance benefits
  • Illinois network of experienced, licensed clinicians provide professional, confidential, counseling and assessment services in offices located conveniently to your employees.
  • Work/Life services including legal referral for consultation, basic financial budget advisement, debit consolidation referrals, child care and elder care referrals, adoption resources, academic referrals and pet care services.
  • Crisis intervention services available 24/7. Unlimited trauma response services; Critical incident stress debriefings conducted on-site for immediate help following traumatic incidents.
  • Management consultation to assist supervisors with employees having job performance, conduct, and attendance problems.

  • Professional case management services for up to two years (last-chance agreements) for supervisor referrals of troubled employees.
  • Professional case management of supervisor-referred employees through the EAP as well as through treatment.
  • Organizational consultation for conflict resolution, sexual harassment, workplace violence, drug-free workplace, critical incidents and organizational change.
  • Human resource consultation, information, and assistance concerning compliance with regulatory requirements and a wide variety of other HR issues.
  • On-site supervisory training teaches how to effectively refer employees with job problems. Workshops on organizational, behavioral health and work/life issues.
  • Drug-Free Workplace consultation and support which includes Drug-Free Workplace program including policy development, training (on-site), employee assessment, treatment plan formulation, counseling, referral, and two-year rehabilitation monitoring program.
  • Comprehensive quality improvement programs and utilization reports to evaluate, monitor and ensure program effectiveness. Yearly (or on demand) utilization reports that measure return on investment.
